Five digital education initiatives preparing Chilean students for the future

In an increasingly digital world, young people need access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education to prepare them for the economy of the future.

But, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Economic Surveys: Chile 2025 results “many individuals lack the skills to perform adequately in a digital world. Foundational skills among young students … for the digital economy are low in Chile”.

BHP Foundation partners with five initiatives that focus on providing students with equitable access to digital education, helping equip them with the vital 21st century skills that will enable them to be champions of their future.
